At Swift Pixel Solutions, we take pride in the quality and care we put into every project. Due to the nature of our business, which involves custom digital services and print production, our refund and returns policy is designed to be fair and clear.
1. Digital Services (Design, Web, Branding, Automation)
All digital and creative services are custom-made and therefore non-refundable once work has started or any files have been delivered.
We do offer:
- 2 free rounds of revisions included in most packages.
- Additional revisions may be charged separately and discussed in advance.
If you cancel a project before work begins, we can issue a full refund. If work has partially begun, a partial refund may be considered based on time and resources already invested.
2. Printing Services
All print jobs are final once approved and paid for.
We are not responsible for:
- Errors in customer-provided files or content
- Typos or spelling issues that were approved at proofing stage
- Color variations due to screen vs. print differences
We do accept reprints or refunds in the following rare cases:
- Incorrect print due to our production error
- Damaged items during shipping (must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos)
3. Prepaid Monthly Services or Retainers
If you’ve paid for a monthly or long-term service (e.g., social media management, automation maintenance):
- You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
- We do not refund the current or past billing periods.
4. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel a pending project by emailing [email protected]. Eligibility for a refund will depend on whether work has begun.

- A clear explanation of the issue
- Screenshots or photos (for print defects)
